Overview
Handled UI design, structure planning, copywriting, and HTML coding for a vacation rental landing page. Delivered as a fully responsive site. Photos and logo were provided by the client.
Background
The brief was to create an LP that conveys the appeal of the vacation rental and makes visitors want to stay there, working within a limited set of materials. Key requests included displaying many photos in a gallery format and adding a CTA button linking to the booking site.
Design Approach
Since this was a simple one-page site, preventing early drop-off was a priority. A fixed navigation menu with anchor links was placed at the top of the page so visitors could quickly reach the section they wanted.
The CTA button linking to the booking site was kept persistently in the top-right corner, styled in a calm color so it wouldn't feel intrusive. Its size and spacing were fine-tuned, and a subtle lift on hover improved both visibility and clickability.
Since visitors researching vacation rentals often browse on mobile, the site was built to be responsive. The number of gallery images shown and the CTA button's position were adjusted across breakpoints to keep the layout clear and usable on any device.
With a limited number of photos suitable for the hero section's slideshow, subtle animation was added to illustrations to make the browsing experience more enjoyable.
Tools
Design: Figma / Coding: HTML, CSS (used Claude to assist with implementation)
Created a patient information booklet for a clinic. Researched similar materials from other clinics and organized the content. Designed the layout based on input from the clinic owner. Also arranged the photos (taken on-site) and edited draft text provided by staff.

Created a membership brochure for a medical association. Wrote the content based on client interviews. Expanded and structured the information to fit a four-page A4 format, using photography to add visual volume and balance the layout.

Programs for a training seminar. Produced in a fixed format and content specified by the client, arranged on both sides of an A4 sheet. Completed within various constraints, using only free stock materials in years with limited budgets.
